The delivery of your product is our highest priority and every week we are processing hundreds of orders to deliver for our customers across the island.

Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately process your order for verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging which can take an additional day.

Delivery time: Average Delivery time is 2-3 days, but can be as fast as same day.  In some cases it may take up to 7 days, but this is rare.  We source most of our ingredients locally and work with vendors from all over the world. If the products are in stock, the delivery time will rarely vary.

Tracking: At this time, we do not offer tracking but as soon as your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure that all address and contact information is correct, as our delivery drivers will contact you prior to attempting deliver in order to confirm the address. If you cannot be reached, we will not leave the product outside unless explicitly instructed to do so.
